Our process (simple)

Stamped concrete can be slippery if it’s sealed with a high-gloss finish—especially around pools or on slopes. We reduce that risk by choosing the right sealer and adding a slip-resistant additive when needed. We’ll recommend the safest option based on where it’s going (front steps, patio, walkway, etc.).

Color can last for years, but it depends on sun exposure, traffic, and whether it’s sealed and maintained. The biggest factor is the sealer—when it’s applied correctly and refreshed as needed, the color holds up much better. We’ll also guide you toward tones that age well in the GTA climate.

Stamped concrete is not hard to maintain, but it’s not “zero maintenance.”

Typical upkeep is:

Wash/rinse as needed to keep dirt from setting in

Avoid harsh de-icing salts (especially the first winter)

Reseal periodically depending on exposure and traffic (we’ll tell you what to expect for your specific job)

You can usually walk on it in 24–48 hours. For parking, it typically needs several days (often 15 days is a safe rule for cars, longer is better). We’ll give you exact timing based on weather and the job.

Concrete can crack—stamped included. The goal is to keep cracks minimal and controlled with proper base prep, control joints, and curing. Done right, you avoid random, ugly cracks and get a clean finished look.

In many cases you can walk on it within 24–48 hours, but heavier use takes longer. Weather matters a lot. We’ll give you a clear “walk / furniture / BBQ / full use” timeline after the pour.
